Orders

All orders over £100 will be posted to you by Royal Mail special delivery. If your order is placed before 1pm then it will be dispatched the same day. Orders after 1pm will be posted the next day.

All orders under £100 will be £8.00 for Royal Mail special delivery or £4.95 for Royal Mail 1st Class signed for.

International deliveries will be handled by Royal Mail International. Delivery costs and times will vary depending on location. If you would like an exact time frame before ordering please contact info@allumandsidaway.co.uk

 

Please note:

Any orders placed for items that are out of stock will take longer to be dispatched. Delivery times will vary depending on the stock levels of our suppliers.

If an order has items that are in-stock and out-of-stock then the order will be dispatched when all items are in-stock.

Any items going to be re-sized will have a longer delivery time. We will aim to have these dispatched within 7 working days but times may vary depending on the time of year and the amount of work our workshop has.

Once the order has been dispatched it is in Royal Mails hands and we cannot guarantee deliveries arriving on time due to weather and other factors that can affect Royal Mails delivery systems.

 

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your item, then we will be happy to offer a full refund before 28 days from the purchase date, for online purchases only. In-store purchases are subject to a different returns policy listed below. Please contact your nearest store for more details on this. 

If you would like to return any item within the time frame stated above, then please make sure you have the original order confirmation email to hand.

The following conditions apply:

- Item must be returned unworn and in original condition. 

- Goods are returned with original packaging together with any labels or guarantee/certificate where appropriate.

Please note:

We do not provide any return labels.

To receive your refund the items must be back in our possession before a refund is processed. 

We cannot exchange or return items that have been altered in anyway.

We cannot exchange or return any type of earring due to health and safety reasons.

If we have altered a ring for you and it is still not fitting correctly please bring it in to store with the original order confirmation email and we will fit the ring correctly for you. If you cannot come in to store, then please email info@allumandsidaway.co.uk and we will try our best to find a solution for you.

 

In-Store Returns:

We will happily offer an exchange or store credit within 28 days of purchase, or 14 days for sale items. 

The following conditions apply:

- Item must be returned unworn and in original condition. 

- Goods are returned with original packaging together with any labels or guarantee/certificate where appropriate.

- Item must be accompanied by original sales receipt (Paper or otherwise)

Refunds are ONLY offered if an item is proven faulty. In order to assess this, some items may need to be referred to the manufacturer. Refunds are issued in the original payment form. 

Please note we do not offer exchanges on special orders, bespoke items. engraving and customised items. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

A&S Welded Collection Returns:

Within three days 

If you experience any issues within 3 days of purchasing your welded jewellery, the following should explain your options;

-Chain and/or charm loss- a refund or replacement will be offered.

-Chain break at weld point- re-weld FOC or replacement if needed.

-Chain brake along the chain- we need to see it to assess this. If we determine to be manufacturer fault then refund is available alongside replacement or repair. 

-Dislike/ changed mind, we can remove it FOC. Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund in this case as bracelets and anklets are made to measure and bespoke.

 

Within two weeks – 

-Chain break at weld point- re-weld FOC or replacement if needed.

-Chain break along the chain- we need to see it to assess this. If we determine to be a manufacturer fault then a refund is available alongside replacement or repair. 

-Dislike/ changed mind, we can remove it FOC. Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund in this case as bracelets are made to measure and bespoke.

-Length adjustment needed- we can adjust but a charge may be applicable.

 

After two weeks- Standard manufacture guarantees apply. 

My bracelet has broken….

We can repair/ reweld. If it’s been caught/ pulled it would be chargeable, if it is deemed a manufacturers fault then your statutory rights apply.

I’ve lost my charm…..

Sadly there’s no way of determining whether the loss was caused by a pull/ tug or an ineffective weld. We test every weld before you leave the store to ensure it is joined. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund in these cases.
